During the review process we rely heavily on DOT safety records in determining whether or not a carrier can be an affiliate of USA Bus Charter. Excessive violations where safety is concerned is the largest reason of denial during this process. USA Bus Charter seeks to work only with carriers that place safety as their number one priority. Additionally, we will check 3rd party sources for customer service references and reliability. Other factors that we use to determine eligibility and approval are; fleet size, location, age of fleet, type of fleet, local and State certifications and years in business.
Insurance Certificate Required
In order to complete the process of your affiliate registration, you must have your insurance agent, broker or company send us an original certificate of insurance. Our name and address must appear as; USA Bus Charter, 14175 W. Indian School Road, Suite B4-146, Goodyear, Arizona 85395. and show that we are listed as an "ADDITIONAL INSURED" to your policy. You may fax a temporary certificate but we "must" have an original on file prior to your actually doing any work for USA Bus Charter.
